FORT KINNAIRD RECRUITMENT & SKILLS UPDATE - RAPID RESPONSE TO RETAIL
Retail Rapid Response programme is designed to support jobseekers and employers as we progress towards a new normality following the impact of COVID-19. Run by the Fort Kinnaird Recruitment & Skills Centre and supported by British Land,
we aim to support individuals and businesses to secure and sustain employment across Fort Kinnaird and the surrounding areas
With a focus on getting people into work, we can help with CV & Cover Letter writing, Interview Skills and Job Matching. We take a supportive approach to help people secure meaningful work, aiming to bridge any gaps in their knowledge
or assist with applications. We will also look to introduce jobseekers to additional support specific to individual circumstance, such as budget and money advice, welfare rights, mental health, childcare support amongst others.
We work with employers to ensure they have a flexible and adaptable workforce where possible to enable more effective response to immediate change. In-work support with sustainable and transitional employment is a critical component of this
support package.
We are currently taking a ‘Business as Best We Can’ approach and are available to offer support immediately to anyone requiring support. Our office number is currently disconnected but please feel free to contact the team by emailing enquiries@rscfortkinnaird.co.uk
or via the contact the form on the website.
