If you successfully complete the course, you will achieve Customer Service: Principles and Practices Award at SCQF level 5

You will also have a unique chance to hear from Fort Kinnaird employers about their career journeys and what advice they’d give you when applying for retail or hospitality jobs.

The course starts on Monday 23rd of September 2024. You will  learn about:
