Retail Support Manager – Fort Kinnaird.

We are currently seeking to recruit a new member of the team. Fort Kinnaird are a world host recognised
destination totaling over 800,000 sqft of prime retail. They are home to more than 60 of the UK’s leading
Brands and have gone through an exciting refurbishment programme, additional restaurants and an Odeon
cinema have been added to further enhance the Customer experience. Fort Kinnaird are ranked number 2 in
the UK in terms of retail attractiveness and have further plans to develop the Centre. With this in mind we are
looking to recruit a Retail Support Manager.
The main focus of the role will be to act as liaison between the store management teams and the Centre. You
must be able to build strong relationships and assist them in driving footfall and sales and provide them with a
first class level of service. With this in mind you will need a background in retail and have the ability to relate
to their business.
A brief summary of responsibilities include:

  • Conduct weekly visits to retailers and build strong relationships
  • Drive retail/ Centre performance
  • Collect and input daily sales data.
  • Act as a duty manager where required
  • Liaise with retailed PR company to ensure all the positive opportunities for positive PR in relation to
    retailers are maximized.
  • Monitor retailer refurbishments / Fit-out standards to ensure they support the Centre Brand
  • Establish and maintain retailer meetings – collate and update retailers on Centre performance where
  • Provision of full induction training to new and existing retailers and coordinate compliance to retailer
  • Coordinate,manage and communicate on site events to retailers and collate feedback.
  • Review and maintain Centre standards
  • Manage digital sales reporting system and ensure retailers have a clear picture of how the Centre is
