Hours: 35 hours per week
Reporting to the Care Services Manager, you will support the business through effective financial administration including invoicing, payroll and first level credit control. As we pride ourselves on delivering personalised care to customers, the Business Support Officer will maintain records and plans to support the achievement of outcomes for all customers and ensure that regulatory requirements and services standards are being met.
The ideal candidate will be:
An experienced administrator with excellent IT Skills, able to learn our care management systems and well-established with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft packages
A good communicator, with excellent organisation and planning skills
Focussed on excellent customer service and building positive relationships with customers and their families, carers, health professionals and commissioners
